Public Hearing - Board of Adjustment

A request has been made to the Jackson County Board of Adjustment by Lea and Reggie Heinrichs, to consider an appeal of a determination made by an administrative official brought pursuant to Jackson County Zoning Ordinance Section 502 and state law. The appeal relates to a determination made under Jackson County Zoning Ordinance, Section 404 and state law related to a non-conforming dwelling on the following property:

Parcel ID 05.015.1500: Part of Lots Two (2), Three (3), and Five (5), Auditor’s Subdivision of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4SE1/4) and part of lot One (1), of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4 SE1/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Des Moines Township One Hundred Two (102) North, Range Thirty-five (35), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian. An open meeting will be held for the purpose of considering and deciding this appeal on Monday, August 24th, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Minnesota West, Jackson Campus, 401 West Street, Main Entrance, Room Y101 – Multipurpose Room.
