Please Take Notice: The Jackson County Board of Commissioners, Drainage Authority for Jackson County Judicial Ditch 33 (JD 33), Judicial Ditch 56 (JD 56), Judicial Ditch 65 (JD 65) and County Ditch 122 (CD 122) will hold final hearings on the Viewers’ Report of Benefits and Damages for the redetermination of benefits of JD 33, JD 56, JD 65, and CD 122. The Viewers’ Reports have been filed with the Drainage Authority. The hearings will be held on July 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Room Y101, also known as the Multipurpose Room, at Minnesota West Community & Technical College, 401 West Street, Jackson, Minnesota. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
