Public Hearing Notice - Variance Request

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

A request has been made to the Jackson County Board of Adjustment by Joshua Zuehlke, for a Variance pursuant to Jackson County Zoning Ordinance, Section 735.42, Solar Energy, Standards for Small Solar Energy Systems, Location within Lot. This request is to construct a solar array closer to the rear yard setback than the required 30 feet.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION

Parcel 19.021.0400 Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, West Heron Lake Township 103 North, Range 37 West, Jackson County, Minnesota. A more detailed property description is on file with the Land Management Office.

A Public Hearing will be held on this matter on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.  at the Minnesota West, Jackson Campus, 401 West Street, Main Entrance, Room Y101 – Multipurpose Room.
