NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a combined, special meeting of the Nobles and Jackson County Joint Drainage Authority for Judicial Ditch 9 (“JD 9”), the Jackson and Nobles County Joint Drainage Authority for Judicial Ditch 13 (“JD 13”), and the Jackson and Nobles County Joint Drainage Authority for Judicial Ditch 24 (“JD 24”).

Purpose: The purpose of the meeting is to consider engagement of Best and Flanagan LLP to investigate potential claims related to the improvements of Judicial Ditches 9, 13, and 24 and receive an update from the Boards’ legal counsel. The information will be received in Closed Session pursuant to statutes section 13D.05, subd. 3(b)
