Notice of Special Meeting
Notice is hereby given that a combined, special meeting of the Nobles and Jackson County Joint Drainage Authority for Judicial Ditch 9 (“JD 9”) and the Jackson and Nobles County Joint Drainage Authority for Judicial Ditch 13 and 24 (“JD 13” and “JD 24”), and Faribault County Drainage Authority for County Ditch 52.
Date: Tuesday, May 5, 2026
Time: at 8:00 a.m.
Location: Nobles County Government Center, 315 Tenth Street, Worthington, MN 56187 (Nobles County Commissioners); Jackson County Courthouse, 405 4th Street, Jackson, MN 56143 (Jackson County Commissioners); Faribault County Courthouse Boardroom, 415 North Main Street, Blue Earth, MN 56013: a video teleconference connection will be established between the three locations as provided by statutes section 13D.02.
Purpose: The purpose of the meeting is to address and receive attorney-client privileged communications regarding claims related to construction work performed on JD 9, JD 13, JD 24, and CD 52.
