Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit

PUBLIC HEARING

A request has been made to the Jackson County Planning Commission by Chris Kabele, on behalf of Wolf Diversified, Inc., for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Jackson County Zoning Ordinance, Section 612.25, Shoreland: Land Use District Description, Special Protection District Uses. This request is to dig a new pond and enhance existing wetland for recreation and wildlife.

 LEGAL DESCRIPTION

Parcel 13.036.0600 The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW ¼ NE ¼ ), in Section 36, Minneota Township 101, North of Range 36 West of the fifth Principal Meridian, Jackson County, Minnesota.  A more detailed property description is on file with the Land Management Office.  

A Public Hearing will be held on this matter on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Minnesota West, Jackson Campus, 401 West Street, Main Entrance, Room Y101 – Multipurpose Room. In the case of inclement weather, we will post the cancellation and the new notice with the date, time, and location of the rescheduled hearing on the Jackson County website: www.co.jackson.mn.us
